Our Packages

We pride ourselves in making your celebration or event a memorable experience for you and your guests. If you have any questions about our offerings let us know and we can craft a package that suits your needs!

Cocktail Hour

  • Up to 1.5 hours

Full Reception

  • Up to 4 hours
  • 3 Classic beverages of your choice

Book the Truck

  • Available for a cocktail hour (1-1.5 hours) or a full reception (4 hours)

How is does your pricing work?

Our pricing is determined by factors such as hours of service, number of guests, and the specific inclusions you desire in your package. Simply complete our inquiry form, and we’ll promptly provide you with a comprehensive quote tailored to your preferences!

How does the booking process work?

  1. Please fill out our inquiry form on this page. We’ll review it and get in touch to schedule a brief 15-minute consultation to gather any additional details needed for your quote.
  2. After that, optionally, we can arrange a tasting at one of our locations for a $20 fee, deductible from your final invoice upon booking.
  3. We ask for a 25% deposit due at booking to reserve your date.
  4. 45 days prior to your event, your final invoice will be due. Deposits are fully refundable up until 90 days before your event date.

Do you charge a travel fee?

We try and be as accomodating as possible but we reserve the right to charge a travel fee if your event is outside of DFW and Tyler metro area. We will let you know ahead of time so this is not a surprise add on to your cost.

If mixing alcohol is something you’re interested in, we charge a $50 an hour pour fee.

Cup Options

We can provide custom printed cups.  Pricing will be determined by party size. 

Additional Bartender

$75.00 for Each Additional Hour
